Avergo provides a cloud-based agency operating system for media planning, campaign management, budget tracking, client reporting, and financial reconciliation ("Platform"). The Platform is offered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution.
To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by applicable law. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to annual plans.

The Platform operates on a multi-tenant architecture. Your organisation's data is logically isolated from other organisations. We implement row-level security and organisation-scoped access controls to ensure data separation.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Avergo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avergo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
